Update from the Outride Team

To our valued partners and community members,

For nearly a decade Outride has been committed to diversifying the next generation of cyclists and enabling them to thrive through our evidence-based cycling programming, community grants, and research.

Despite the challenges of COVID-19, we have expanded our reach and impact over the past two years increasing particularly in under-served communities with youth and families in greatest need. Further, Outride continues to make important advances in our understanding of cycling’s vital role in improving children’s physical, cognitive and socio-emotional health through our sponsored research programs.

As we launch into a new school year, we’d like to share with you some changes that you will see for the Outride Team.

Last week we said goodbye to Skye Delano and Lindsay Knight, who served as Outride’s Executive Director and Community Engagement & Strategic Initiatives Leader, respectively. We are incredibly grateful for their leadership during this period of growth. Their dedication to bringing the joy and benefits of riding to thousands of youth will be felt for years to come. We wish them all the best in their next adventure.

We have also welcomed two new members to the team. Tasha Tinagero, who joined Outride as our Marketing, Communications, Partnerships & Ambassadors Manager, and Chazz Robinson, who just finished his first week as the Outride Fund Program Manager. Both Tasha and Chazz bring a wealth of experience within the cycling and youth development space and add incredible expertise and power to our team.
