Kick Back and Ride—Be Inspired by Ollie making his mark!
We agree there is nothing better than to go for a bike ride—shred? You bet, read our Athlete Ambassador Dylan Sherrard’s adventure tale, “Summers are for Shredding,“ and learn how the Shred Hard Summer Camp and the trails at Sun Peaks Park in Kamloops, British Columbia, helped Ollie Smith hone his bike skills and build his confidence on and off the trails. When asked if he feels aware of the impact bikes create in his life, outside of the trail, Ollie explained, “Yeah, when I have a good riding day the day before I feel good the next day. I feel like I'm going to have a good rest of the day because I had a good time and had a lot of fun. Those good feelings roll over into the rest of the day. I think it gives me confidence.” And—isn’t that what summer is all about? Carefree living and riding and loving it! Read the full story here on the From the Desk of Dylan Sherrard.

Outride compiled these materials for the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Healthy at Home Campaign in response to the COVID-19 shelter in place but who doesn’t want to always want to stay active whatever the challenges.
