While cycling and physical activity can be a powerful tool to support cognitive, emotional, physical well-being and mental health, we recognize that it is not a single solution. Additional resources like the ones listed below can provide a good starting point in your journey to learn more about mental health. If you or a student is going going through a tough time with mental health we recommend letting someone know and/or partnering with a professional to seek additional help.
