Natasha Lattin

Natasha is a seasoned educator, coach, and outdoor-adventure enthusiast whose career spans more than two decades of empowering learners of every age. Natasha first honed her craft training adults in outdoor education, alpine ski instruction, and cycling programs—experiences that rooted her teaching in real-world challenge and discovery. Since pivoting to K-12 education six years ago, Natasha has taught Health and Science at the middle-school level, turning complex concepts into hands-on lessons that stick.

In 2023 she championed Ride for Focus at Irving Middle School in Pocatello, Idaho; her success sparked district-wide adoption, securing grants for every other middle school and alternative program in her District in 2024. A lifelong alpine ski racer and multi-sport coach, Natasha blends sport with character education—teaching resilience, grit, and teamwork alongside technical skills.

Natasha’s “support + challenge + joy” formula helps students discover confidence they never knew they had. She measures success in widened smiles and newfound self-belief. When she isn’t teaching or coaching, you’ll find her skiing powder, pedaling singletrack, or hiking Idaho’s backcountry with her two children.

At the heart of everything Natasha does is an unshakable belief in every learner’s potential and a mission to build cultures of movement, inclusion, and joy—whether in the classroom, on a bike, or atop a mountain peak.
