Brand Guidelines

Logo Guidelines

All the best brands have a recognizable logo, and to make sure the public knows Outride when it sees it, it's important that we keep our logo consistent, no matter how we're using it. And to make sure of this, you're required to follow the guidelines in this next section whenever you use Outride’s logo.

The Outride logo, pictured above, is our primary logo colorway. Use black on a light background, and white on a dark or grey background. Please do not modify any of the colors on the logo.

Logo Misuse

It's important that the logo's appearance is consistent. The logo shouldn't be misinterpreted, modified, or added to. Seriously. Don't change anything. There are no exceptions on this. Did we mention not to change anything? Don't change anything.

A. Do not colorize the logo.

B. Do not change the typeface nor recreate or manipulate the logo.

C. Do not separate any part of the logo.

D. Do not rotate the logo.

The Control Area

The control area is the space that must always surround the lockup. This space ensures that the integrity of the design isn't cluttered. The control area is equal to half the height of the icon (shown below in light grey.)

Minimum Size

The majority of Outride’s logo is text, and the smaller the text, the harder it is to read. That's why we've made a minimum size for it, so it'll always keep the impact and legibility that we all want and that the logo deserves. Have a question? Let us know. We're here to help.
