Since 2014, Outride has distributed more than $10 million dollars in support through school programs, community grants and research funding. This support has positively impacted nearly 400 schools, supported academic research at numerous universities, and awarded direct support to more than 250 community organizations, benefiting more than 50,000 youth annually.
“At Outride, we believe one of the most powerful tools to support brain health across all ages is also one of the simplest: a bicycle. Our work puts research into action by expanding access to cycling to strengthen brain health, foster resilience, and improve wellbeing across the lifespan. This past year reaffirmed just how powerful that translation from research to real life can be.” -
Esther Walker, Executive Director of Outride.
