Absorb Learning Management System

Riding for Focus uses the Absorb platform for all curriculum. As part of the Rollout Ready checklist the Champions of your R4F program will receive an emailed link to set up their Absorb account. This link is active for ___ days, but if not activated in time will expire. If this happens please reach out to ridingforfocus@outridebike.org so our team can send you an updated link. Once logged in each Champion will see their dashboard that will include the following sections:

• Riding for Focus Training + Curriculum

• My Courses

• Resources

• Frequently Asked Questions

At the top right corner there is an envelope displayed that will take Champions to their message center. This will display conversations, priority messages, and system messages.

Next to the message center are three lines that will help direct Champions back to their dashboard, to courses they need to complete to be Rollout Ready, to resources, calendars, and to their profile.

Resources is a very important section that provides the most up-to-date R4F curriculum. This includes important information such as:

• Sizing/fit information to get students on the correct size bikes

• Full curriculum

• Handouts and worksheets

• Outride liability amd media waivers/ Parent notice surveys

• Riding for Focus Compliance with SHAPE America Standards

• Lesson workbooks

• Skill check demonstration videos

• Rockhopper spec sheets

• The School Program Agreement

• ‘What will you Outride’

• Sign names for creating ride routes
